Jill Ater, Founding Partner and COO, received her B.A. in Social Psychology and Communications from University of California, San Diego. Jill moved to Colorado in early 2002 after living in California, Texas, Washington DC, Seoul, Korea and Niger, West Africa. She has a 20+ year career in non-profits, marketing and advertising. She lives with her husband and 2 redheaded sons in Aurora, CO. Having been a stay-at-home mom for 6 years, Jill started 10 til 2 to offer parents the perfect opportunity to work part-time. "I feel that as parents, our first responsibility is to our kids, however we can still give businesses the highest level of professional work."Jodi Olin, Founding Partner and CSO, graduated from The State University of New York, Fashion Institute of Technology, Cum Laude, with a B.S. degree in marketing and merchandising. She brings 20 plus years of sales and marketing experience to 10 til 2. After growing up in New York, and living in Chicago, and California Jodi moved to Centennial, Colorado in 1993 where she currently lives with her husband and 2 daughters. Having always worked full time, Jodi realized the need for a business like 10 til 2 while she precariously balanced the needs of her work with the needs of her family. "I am passionate about finding permanent part time jobs for other women through 10 til 2."
Liz Norwood, Founding Partner and CMO, studied communications at the University of Oregon. After living in San Diego, Los Angeles and Seattle, Liz moved to Parker, Colorado with her husband, son and daughter in early 2003. Liz has 20+ years of advertising, sales and marketing experience and has always worked full-time with the dream of finding the perfect part-time job. "There are many people working hard to meet the needs of their families who wish they could have their own work/life balance. We created 10 til 2 as a way of matching these people with employers who understand the benefits of great part-time employees."
Heidi Crum, Founding Partner and CFO, graduated with a bachelor's degree in Professional Accountancy from The Pennsylvania State University. She completed her CPA license in 1994. Heidi has worked in a variety of positions in both public and private accounting during her career. Heidi lives in Denver with her twin sons. After the birth of her sons, Heidi worked in a part-time position with a local CPA firm before founding 10 til 2. "I love the life-balance I achieved with a part-time professional position, and have experienced first-hand how hard it is to find that perfect opportunity. 10 til 2 finds that ideal opportunity for every professional parent, and provides balance to their lives."
