Part-time employment agency 10 til 2 has opened its first Texas office in southeast Houston. Wendee Clemons owns the company, which serves the League City, Clear Lake, Friendswood and Baytown areas. Based in Denver, 10 til 2 places college-educated professionals in long-term, part-time jobs.
