Who’s Who at 10 til 2 Franchising?

When you purchase a 10 til 2 franchise you are joining a family. Here is some information about your new family members. Most of this information is important to the day-to-day operation of your 10 til 2 business; some of it is just a little sugar coating.

	Jill Ater: Founder, VP of Operations Jill is the gal who will walk you through all of the nitty-gritty of getting your 10 til 2 office open; ordering phones, computer set-up, what insurance you will need and legal questions. Jill or her staff can answer any questions about the day-to-day operations of your 10 til 2 franchise. Jill majored in Social Psychology with a minor in communications at UC San Diego. Jill has extensive office management experience. She is the mother of 2 redheaded boys. In her spare time Jill beads. She is definitely a Red Vines gal.
	Heidi Crum: Founder, VP of Finance Heidi and her staff will help you with any and all accounting issues as a 10 til 2 franchise owner. Her department will get your employees paid, do your invoicing, create your P&L statements as well as all of those other “number” issues (thank goodness we all don’t have to know how to do all that!). Heidi graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Accountancy and is a licensed CPA in Colorado. She has worked in a number of accounting positions from Senior Auditor to Controller. Heidi has twin sons and sits on the board for a local non-profit. Heidi goes Twizzlers all the way.
	Liz Norwood: Founder, VP of Marketing Liz is the gal to go to if you have any questions about promoting your 10 til 2 business. She will help to create your ads, help you execute your marketing plan and assist with trade show planning. Having studied Communications at the University of Oregon, Liz brings extensive expertise in advertising and marketing to 10 til 2 Franchising. Liz has two children and spends her out-of-work time riding dirt bikes with them and being a Girl Scout leader. It’s Red Vines or nothing for Liz.
	Jodi Olin: Founder, VP of Franchise Sales Having graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Sales and Merchandising from the State University of New York, Fashion Institute of Technology, Jodi is passionately applying the knowledge and experience she has gained through her 20 plus years working in Sales and Sales Management to growing your 10 til 2 business. Jodi will lead your weeklong training as well as be available for ongoing sales questions. She has two daughters who are very proud of their mother for helping launch this great company. Jodi fits her workouts and reading for two book clubs into her daily routine. Twizzlers is the only licorice worth considering.
